“I spent 10 nights at Anju's homestay and I had a lovely time. The whole guesthouse and the room were so clean and tidy. The room and bathroom were huge! The big wraparound balcony was gorgeous with such a lovely view of the surrounding mountains. The location is great for Upper Tapovan, just off a side street which made it nice and peaceful and quiet. There was a water purifier in the common kitchen, available all day, and hot water in the shower. The room had a big bed, nice firm mattress and comfy pillow, a desk and chair and a nice big wardrobe. I loved my stay here, Anju and her husband were so lovely to talk to and my friends were welcomed warmly when we started our day at Anju's for Holi celebrations!! The cows are so sweet and I made sure to pat them and love on them everyday, they love bananas! I really recommend this homestay, and for the price in this location it honestly is the best! “beautiful spot. peaceful and quiet. big windows looking out at the mountains. a spacious sparse room with a desk that totally worked for me. comfortable bed. hot shower. and clean. and well-maintained. super clean, obsessively cleaned. sweet folks too. every morning arising to this devout family singing praising - was one of the soft mystical wonders of my time in rishikesh. highly recommended.”

“I really enjoyed staying at this wonderful guest house. Om Homestay is situated at the edge of town in Upper Tapovan. Away from the main raid and next to a mountain with a lot of trees and birds. This makes it a very peaceful and quiet place to stay compared with the rest of Tapovan. While still being in walking distance of plenty of restaurants, yogashalas, ashrams, temples and other Rishikesh highlights. The rooms are spacious and both floors are surrounded by big balcony's where you can chill or work with mountain views all around. There is also a shared kitchen you can use. The hosts live downstairs and they are very kind, helpful and welcoming. Plus communication is great. Would definitely come back!”
