What to expect

  1. Send the complaint to the Grievance Officer by email or WhatsApp. Include the booking reference, stay name, and a short description.
  2. We acknowledge every grievance within 24 hours with a ticket number.
  3. We investigate and resolve within 15 days. If it takes longer, we write to you with a reason and a revised date.
  4. For unlawful content or privacy violations, we act on valid complaints within 36 hours of receiving them, as required under IT Rules 2021 Rule 3(2)(b).

Other routes

For disputes unresolved after our process, a consumer can escalate under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 via the National Consumer Helpline (1915 or consumerhelpline.gov.in) or the relevant District Consumer Commission.
