What about why makemytrip and goibibo are worth adding?

Airbnb and Agoda mostly reach international travellers. MakeMyTrip and Goibibo reach the opposite: nearly all-Indian domestic travel, and they carry the heaviest holiday-season and festival demand of any platform in India. If your property is anywhere hill stations, beaches, or weekend-getaway distance from a major Indian city pull crowds, this is where a large share of that specific demand already searches.

What about what actually changes on your airbnb: nothing?

Same model as always: your Airbnb account stays exactly as it is, same reviews, same ranking, same payouts. We connect as your channel manager with your authorization, never your password, and add MakeMyTrip plus Goibibo from the same calendar as everything else, so a booking on either one closes the date on Airbnb the same minute.

What about when you actually get paid?

MakeMyTrip and Goibibo bookings are prepaid by default and released to you every Thursday, the same as Booking.com. Agoda is the one exception among the channels we build, it runs on its own 30-day cycle, covered in our Agoda letter if that one is relevant to you too.

What about what it costs?

₹499 a week per property, first week free, and 10% of the revenue MakeMyTrip and Goibibo bring in together, nothing on your existing Airbnb. If they bring you nothing, you are only ever at the ₹499. Cancel any time, there is nothing to unwind on your side because your Airbnb was never ours to hold.

Will MakeMyTrip or Goibibo touch my existing Airbnb account?

No. We connect to it with your authorization through your own Airbnb dashboard, never your password. Your account, reviews, ranking, and payouts stay exactly as they are.

Do I need to manage MakeMyTrip and Goibibo separately?

No. They share one extranet and one listing on the backend, so adding one adds both without double the work on your side.

What if I am not listed on either one yet?

That is fine. We build and manage the listings for you, photos, copy, and the tax and verification steps, including the NIDHI registration number MakeMyTrip asks for, and bring them live as each platform's certification process allows.
