What about why agoda is worth a second look?

Agoda pulls a traveller Airbnb and Booking.com both reach less often: international leisure guests, heavy in Southeast Asia, East Asia, and Australia, usually booking well ahead of a trip. If your property sits in a hill town, a beach destination, or anywhere international travellers actually plan around, Agoda's audience is a real, distinct pool of demand, not a duplicate of who already finds you on Airbnb.

What about what actually changes on your airbnb: nothing?

We connect to your Airbnb account the same way we described in the Booking.com letter, host-authorized channel-manager access through your own dashboard, never your password. Nothing about your existing listing changes: same account, same reviews, same ranking, same payouts. What we add is Agoda, run from the same calendar as everything else, so a booking on Agoda closes the date on Airbnb the same minute.

What about when you actually get paid, agoda's honest number?

This is the one place Agoda is genuinely different from the other channels, so we want to say it plainly rather than let you find out at the first payout. Booking.com and MakeMyTrip bookings are prepaid by default and released to you every Thursday. Agoda runs on its own clock: Agoda pays us on a 30-day cycle, so an Agoda booking reaches you 5 days after we receive it, not the usual Thursday. What about what it costs?

Same terms as every other channel we build: ₹499 a week per property, first week free, and 10% of the revenue Agoda brings in, nothing on your existing Airbnb. If Agoda brings you nothing, you are only ever at the ₹499. Cancel any time, there is nothing to unwind on your side because your Airbnb was never ours to hold.

Will Agoda touch my existing Airbnb account?

No. We connect to it with your authorization through your own Airbnb dashboard, never your password, so your calendar stays in sync and a booking on one channel closes the date everywhere else. Your account, reviews, ranking, and payouts stay exactly as they are.

How fast do I get paid for an Agoda booking?

5 days after we receive it from Agoda, since Agoda itself pays us on a 30-day cycle. Every other channel we build, Booking.com and MakeMyTrip, is prepaid and released to you every Thursday instead.

What if I am not listed on Agoda at all yet?

That is fine. We build and manage the listing for you, photos, copy, and the tax and verification steps, and bring it live as Agoda's own certification process allows.
