Vibe & Location: Tucked away across the river from Sankoo, in the quiet village of Brakoo, this place is far from the noise of the main road. Perfect for anyone looking to slow down and soak in authentic village life. Rooms: Comfortable room with a clean, well-lit bathroom. The view is calming and beautiful. For hot water, there's a rod heater—if you’re unfamiliar, Yunus and his family are happy to help. Food: Absolutely delicious! Everything is homegrown—from veggies in their lush garden to the butter and curd made from their own cow’s milk. Served in traditional vessels—a lovely, thoughtful touch. Hosts: Mr. Yunus and his family are warm, peaceful, and incredibly welcoming. The house radiates their calm energy. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. Parking: Ample space to park right outside the property. Bonus Tip: There’s a scenic naalah (stream) nearby. We missed it due to a short stay, but Yunus’ friendly father offered to show us around had we stayed longer—something to look forward to! A must-visit—even for just a day—to unwind, connect with nature, and experience heartfelt hospitality.”
