Kalimpong is accessible via Bagdogra (IXB) airport (80km, ~3-hour drive) or Pakyong (PYG) airport in Sikkim (50km, weather-dependent). The nearest main railhead is New Jalpaiguri (NJP) (80km, ~3-hour drive), with Siliguri Junction (75km) also an option. Siliguri (75km) is the plains road hub, with shared jeeps to Kalimpong. Darjeeling town is 50km away via the Teesta bridge. Gangtok (Sikkim) is about 75km via Rangpo. Lava is 32km away.
