“I recently stayed at The this property in Bir with my girlfriends for my 40th birthday trip, and honestly, it was hands-down the best homestay experience I’ve ever had! We were completely amazed by the quality of the facilities and the exceptional service from start to finish. Each room has its own unique Nepali-themed decor that feels so authentic and charming—think colorful, cultural touches blended with Himachali vibes. The views from the balcony are simply stunning, with those majestic mountains right there to wake up to every morning. The room is stocked with literally everything you could possibly need—you just have to carry your clothes! Hairdryer, comb, toothbrush, iron, all sorts of cosmetics and toiletries, even a Bluetooth speaker, and every type of cable you might want. It’s like they thought of every little detail so you can truly relax and enjoy. Location-wise, it’s perfect: walking distance to the main street and the famous paragliding landing site, plus there’s an amazing village nearby with tea plantations and lovely small trails for peaceful walks. Yet the property itself feels so serene and private—no noise, just pure tranquility. The terrace is accessible 24/7 and offers breathtaking views, especially during sunset. We didn’t have to hunt for a spot to watch the sun go down; we just headed up there with our drinks and soaked it all in. Magical! The staff is incredible—warm, respectful, and always ready to help. They go way above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Special shoutout to our amazing hosts, Sharmila and Bhuvan—they made us feel instantly at home, like family. And the cuties Zaroon and Joey add so much charm and fun to the place! Food? Absolutely finger-licking! Everything we tried was delicious—from siddu to thukpa to the grand thali. Homely, flavorful, and better than most places outside. We even booked taxis and paragliding through them, and the drivers/guides were top-notch—professional and super friendly.this property has spoiled me for good. From now on, whenever I visit Bir, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else. I’ll always compare future stays to The this property, and I’m 100% sure nothing will come close. If you’re planning a trip to Bir (especially for paragliding or just mountain vibes), do yourself a favor and book here—you won’t regret it! 5/5 stars, forever grateful 💖”

“Absolutely loved our stay at The this property. The property is tastefully decorated with every corner reflecting elegance and warmth. The room was aesthetic & very well maintained, giving a calm and homely vibe. The food was amazing one of the best we had, and the hospitality was outstanding—gracious. The location is excellent, very close to the paragliding landing site in Bir and conveniently near many popular cafés and restaurants. Also the view from the room balcony and the property’s rooftop is absolutely breathtaking. Thank you Bhuvan - Sharmila and the whole team for being such a wonderful hosts. “I had a wonderful stay at The this property. The location, cleanliness, and overall vibe of the place are vibrant and welcoming. The staff are extremely well-mannered and soft-spoken, and they genuinely care about making each guest’s experience comfortable and memorable. The couple, Bhuvan and Sharmila, have clearly poured their hearts into decorating and creating such a beautiful space 😊. “I have travelled a lot and have stayed in a variety of places - but this by far is the best of the best stay. Hosts - Very thoughtful, helpful, and loving family. Atmosphere - Very peaceful and grounding. Full of greenery and aesthetics crafted with love and patience over time. Wifi - Great speed, always On, so great place for a workation too. Food - We ditched exploring cafes around because all our meals, every single one of them were nothing short of mouth watering delicacies. Rooms - Very mindfully designed with all the eminities stocked. Things you wouldn't even think of you will find taken care of. From sleepers to loofah. Kettle to hairdryer, and even a mini speaker to take care of your entertainment. And the most important: The staff - I have never met staff at a place as friendly, warm, helpful, sweet, and caring as this place. Hats off! All this to stay: If you are ever in Bir, there's no place you'll find that could be better than this. My guarantee. In fact I haven't found any better than this in all of India this far and that's saying a lot cause I have travelled the length and breadth of this country in the last decade.”

“We stayed at The this property for 2 days to celebrate our anniversary, and it was even more beautiful than I imagined. Pictures don’t do justice to how cozy and peaceful this place feels in person. Loved everything — the room, the cleanliness, the terrace view, and especially their in-house food (better than most cafes outside!). The location is perfect too, just a short walk from the landing site and market. Sharmila and Bhuvan, along with their staff, made sure we felt completely at home. Every corner of the homestay is filled with thoughtful little details and decor that make it feel warm and personal. Honestly, this is one of the finest properties I’ve stayed at — truly an 11/10 experience. Will definitely be recommending it to my friends and family 🌿”
