- The landscape view from the guest house and its room is extraordinary. The owners and staffs were very helpful and nice people. The owner's son was an IITian and a very innovative guy. It was an amazing stay.
- The rooms are super clean and the river view from the terrace is mesmerising. The hosts are really kind and have a wonderful garden in which they grow all kinds of vegetables which are often used in the home cooked meals they provide. The terrace is perfect for stargazing at night.

The nearest major railway station is Jammu Tawi (JAT), about 600 km away. From Jammu, you can take a bus or cab to Leh, then onward to Garkone.
