"Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The property is very well maintained, and the service was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. The food was excellent as well—definitely a highlight of the trip. A special mention to Manager Jahangir, who was great and ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay. My experience was amazing, I requested for a specific veg Kashmiri dish, the staff was kind enough to cook it just for me as for vegetarian you will get few options at all the hotels in kashmir. The hospitality was on point staff was so humble and taking care of me with their best possible efforts as I was travelling solo. They have cosy corners too, playing 80s songs with fireplace..Highly recommend."
