I especially want to mention the extraordinary help we received when my son’s health suddenly worsened around midnight (12 AM). Chef Arif and the helper Mujtaba Hussain went above and beyond their duty and personally helped us reach the hospital at that late hour. Their kindness, humanity, and quick support meant a lot to our family. Truly grateful for their help and highly recommend this hotel for its service and compassion."
