The welcome is personal. Parveez and his team meet you at the door, and the feeling, as one guest put it, is that "it felt like visiting family". The home is maintained with care, a space that blends "native charm with impeccable hygiene". The home has three bedrooms and four bathrooms, suitable for a family or a group of up to eight. The rooms are simple and clean, with air conditioning and fans. One room has a large bed with a frame and headboard made of local bamboo. Another has two twin beds, ideal for children or friends traveling together. A guest once called their bed here, "the best bed I’ve slept in so far in India." Common areas include a living room with wicker and cane furniture, full of potted plants. It’s a good place to sit and plan your day. There is also a small, semi-covered courtyard with a woven bamboo ceiling, for sitting out in the evening. The heart of the stay is often the food. The meals are prepared in-house by Rajiv and Pavan.
