Effective Date: On Sign-Up
This agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Fursat, a provider of travel packages and booking services, and the creator (“Creator”), who licenses their content for commercial use. By participating, the Creator agrees to the terms below.
Scope of Agreement
Content Utilization The Creator grants Fursat a license to convert their YouTube travel guides into bookable travel packages, which will be listed for sale on the Fursat platform and partner platforms (e.g., Viator, GetYourGuide) for increased visibility and bookings.
Exclusivity Creators cannot license it as bookable travel packages with other parties.
Ownership The Creator retains ownership of their content. Fursat receives a non-exclusive, transferable, and royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the content to facilitate bookings.
Creator’s Role Creators are responsible for providing authentic travel guides. Fursat manages all package creation, bookings, operations, and customer support.
Optional Updates Creators can choose to update their content at any time but are not required to do so.
Payments and Compensation
Revenue Share The Creator will receive 10% of the revenue generated from bookings made through their travel packages.
Payouts • Payments will be processed monthly via Stripe Connect. • Fursat will handle all taxation on behalf of the Creator.
Taxes Fursat assumes responsibility for tax collection and reporting, ensuring compliance with applicable Indian laws.
Support and Visibility
Platform Integration Fursat will list content on major multi-day trip platforms such as Viator and GetYourGuide to increase visibility and bookings.
Analytics Creators will have access to performance metrics, including views, sales data, and customer feedback.
Cancellation and Guest Policies
Guest Compliance All guests booking travel packages are required to comply with Fursat’s Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Termination
Termination Grounds There are no predefined grounds for termination. The agreement will continue unless terminated by either party with prior notice.
Content Removal Upon termination, the Creator’s content will be removed from Fursat and partner platforms, unless otherwise agreed.
Legal and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian law.
Communication and Updates
Contact Creators may contact Fursat at friends@fursat.ai for questions or support.
Feedback and Tips Fursat will provide Creators with tips and recommendations for improving content and performance.
Updates to Agreement Changes to this Agreement will be communicated via email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Miscellaneous
Invite-Only
This agreement is valid only for invited Creators and cannot be transferred or sublicensed.
Commercial Agreement
This Agreement serves as a commercial contract for the Creator’s participation in selling travel packages.
