The plain-language version of the agreement below. One position per owner. Same for the homestay in Cherrapunji and the villa in Goa.
You set the floor. The lowest rupee figure per night you will accept for the property goes into your contract as your B2B price. From that day on, every payout to you is at the B2B price or higher. Never below.
How it works underneath: Fursat keeps 15% of the gross booking value, you keep 85%. If we sell on Airbnb at a strong retail rate, you get the higher number. If we sell at a B2B discount to a corporate group and the 15% commission would drop you under the floor, we absorb the shortfall. You still get paid the B2B price in full. That covers everything: distribution to Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo and Vrbo; calendar sync; guest comms; the dashboard; the photography session if the property needs one; the B2B pipeline; and GST and TDS handling.
No SaaS fee. No subscription. No charge per listing. No charge per OTA. Our income is a percentage of yours. If a month is slow for you, it is slow for us too.
You pay nothing to list. Nothing for the photos we curate from your Google listing. Nothing to be on six OTA channels. Nothing to access the dashboard.
The first rupee you pay us is after a guest has paid you. We earn when you earn. If you never get a booking, you never owe us anything.
This is not a free trial that converts to a fee in 30 days. It is the model.
You can end this agreement any day you choose with 15 days' written notice by WhatsApp or email. There is no minimum term, no exit fee, no forfeiture of pending payouts.
Bookings already confirmed at the time you cancel get honoured to checkout. Final payout settles within 14 days of the last guest. We pull your listing from every OTA within 7 days. You keep your photos, your reviews, your guest list, your brand.
If we are not earning our 15%, you should be free to walk. We built the contract on that assumption.
For the duration of the agreement, Fursat is your sole agent across OTA platforms. That means we run Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Vrbo and any platform we add during the term. You do not log in to any of them. You do not field their inboxes. You do not chase their support.
You stay free to take direct bookings from your own personal network: friends, family, repeat guests who message you directly, walk-ins. Those bookings are outside this agreement and carry no commission.
Why one channel manager? Because two channel managers fight each other. Calendars desync. Guests get double-booked. Reviews suffer. Your time gets eaten by the very thing you outsourced.
