“An easy five stars! Such a peaceful, earthy getaway. The property has tents, cottages, and villas — we stayed in a cottage that was spotlessly clean and cozy. We were welcomed very warmly by the staff. The place has a huge lawn surrounded by greenery, another huge fruit garden w different trees, and even a small lake with ducks. It feels like stepping into nature. The night we visited was foggy and comfortably cold, and in the morning I woke up to birds chirping — something I don’t often get to hear. It was incredibly soothing and refreshing. The last couple of kilometers of the approach road aren’t the best, but it’s easily drivable and absolutely worth it once you reach. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for calm, beautiful, country side landscape✨”

“The weather in Ri-Bhoi during winter is pleasantly warm. We booked this place for a family picnic, and one of the best things was that we were given a separate spot, which ensured good privacy. Boating is available, adding to the overall experience. The restaurant is nice, and for milk tea lovers, the tea is especially good. The staff are helpful and well-mannered. For those who prefer to cook their own food during a picnic, they provide pots and all the necessary utensils at a reasonable price. The toilet facilities are clean and well maintained. For families with children, there is also a play area where kids can enjoy themselves. Overall, it is a good place for a relaxed family outing.”

“A lovely quaint place.. to spend the day there. I went there to attend a wedding reception. The caretakers were great and the food was just too good. They had a nice khasi buffet spread for the main course. Every item was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed. They also had the chats and kebabs with putharo as starters. Overall a great experience!”

Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Can't wait to come back! 🌟🌞️🏨”

“I had a wonderful stay at Sunshine Farms & Resort. The staff were warm and attentive, the food was delicious, and the peaceful, serene atmosphere made it a truly relaxing getaway. Sitting by the lake and trying my hand at fishing—despite not catching anything—was such a calming experience. One of my favorite moments was enjoying a cup of coffee in the library while watching the sunset. Absolutely mesmerizing. I would highly recommend Sunshine Farms to anyone looking for a quiet and refreshing escape. I’ll definitely be visiting again soon!”
