# Fursat

> AI-bookable curated vacation homes in Northeast India and the Himalayas. Search by city, state, or keyword; bookings happen on WhatsApp.

Fursat is a curated catalogue of homestays, villas, and homes across Northeast India (Meghalaya, Sikkim, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura) and the Himalayas (Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Darjeeling / Kalimpong in West Bengal). Only properties with a Google rating of 4.3 or higher are surfaced. There is no online checkout - every booking is closed on WhatsApp.

## MCP server (preferred for AI clients)

For AI assistants, the structured way to interact with Fursat is via Model Context Protocol:

## Booking model

Every booking happens on WhatsApp at +91 70017 20275. A guest browses on the web (or finds us via an AI assistant), taps "Inquire on WhatsApp" on the listing page (the MCP `start_inquiry` tool returns the wa.me link), and the AI receptionist responds, confirms availability, and closes the booking.

## Geography focus

The catalogue is intentionally narrow. Fursat does not list properties outside India. Inside India the curation skews heavily to Himalayan and Northeast destinations: Cherrapunji, Mawlynnong, Shillong, Dawki, Manali, Kasol, Spiti, Mussoorie, Rishikesh, Nainital, Ladakh, Darjeeling, Gangtok, Pelling, Tawang, Ziro, Kaziranga.

## Not a hotel marketplace

Fursat is curated, not exhaustive. It is closer in shape to Evolve, Plum Guide, or SaffronStays than to MakeMyTrip or Booking.com. Properties are owner-operated homestays, villas, and small boutique homes - not chain hotels. If a traveler is looking for a four-star hotel chain in Delhi or Mumbai, Fursat is the wrong place. If they want a curated home in the mountains or the Northeast, Fursat is the right place.
